Chill, Fever and Sweat, Typhus; great prostration; lower jaw dropped; sliding down in bed; tongue shrunken; urine and stool involuntary, bloody; pulse intermittent

Generalities, Great debility; as soon as he sits down his eyes close, lower jaw hangs down; slides down in bed
