Thank you for purchasing the TBR2 Computer program. The following information is supplied to help you install and use the program quickly and effectively.
Where do I download the program from?
The TBR2 is available for download from http://www.hahnemanninstitute.com
What Operating System is the TBR2 available for?
Currently the TBR2 is available only for MS Windows XP, VISTA, and Windows 7. Your computer has to have at least 2GB of RAM and at least 2GB of free disk space.
How do I install the program?
Simply run the exe file and follow the instructions to install the program on the computer of choice.
How do I purchase the program?
Contact sales@hahnemanninstitute.com if you require more detailed information, or simply click the add to cart button on the hahnemanninstitute website to purchase immediately.
How do I apply for a licence?
Having purchased the program, follow the licence application procedure that is displayed every time the program is opened prior to running in DEMO mode. Copy the information requested and email to info@homeopathyonline.org. Make sure the request is made from the computer you want to use the program on and apply from that machine.
How many licences do I get for my purchase?
Two. The TBR2 is supplied with a complimentary licence for use with your choice of personal or business use computer. The steps for applying for a licence are explained in How do I apply for a licence. Once this has been issued, the USB Dongle key is mailed out with its own unique security key.
How does the USB Dongle key work?
The USB Dongle Key works by allowing the TBR2 program to be run on ANY Windows computer as long as the Dongle is inserted in the USB Port whilst being operated. This enables the TBR2 program to be installed on an unlimited number of machines which can be operated in DEMO mode but cannot be accessed without your personal USB key inserted.
Can I run the program from the USB Dongle Key itself?
Yes you can. Whilst not designed for this facility due to space and upgrade restrictions, it is possible to install the program exe file onto the USB and unpack the program. Download the latest version of the TBR2 program from http://hahnemanninstitute.com .After installation of the program onto the USB drive Simply click on the TBR2 application file within the directory of the USB installed program to run. Please note, the USB information transfer speed is considerably slower than the HDD of your computer. Whilst it will operate adequately and efficiently, on older machines the start sequence and the search facility may suffer delays. We recommend use of the program on the USB stick only for faster machines.
